Supply Chain & Logistic Operation

**What you will do but not limited to**:

- Manage and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations for our Digital Food Ecosystem (DFE) I.e rice, sitcky rice, grain, and upcoming commodities.
- Monitoring transactions including follow-up payment process, invoicing, contractual agreement with partners, and other administrative tasks.
- Check and verify products against purchase orders to ensure quality, quantity, and timely delivery.
- Manage vendor and supplier performance and prepare reports.
- Monitor and analyze logistics costs to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies to mitigate risk.
- Coordinate with respective partners on monitoring the product (and its inventory status), regularly audit inventory stocks, and distribution/transportation from supplier to the buyer
- Develop and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels
- Coordinate with the Business, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure alignment of supply chain and operational trading activities align with the company's goal.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or any related major.
- 4-6 years of proven experience in Supply Chain Management and/or any related field
- Experience with inventory reports and management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment independently and/or in a teamwork
