Job Description Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals and market demands.Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement to enhance efficiency and profitability.Establish KPIs to monitor performance and implement corrective actions as needed.Requirement Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.15+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a minimum of 8 years in a leadership role within the FMCG sector.Proven track record of managing complex supply chain operations in a multinational environment.Strong analytic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
