Supply Chain Department Head

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Responsibilities : Organizing stock availability of finished products according to Marketing requests, inventory control, production plans for Toll In, Toll Out and Export, delivery of finished products, availability of stock of reagent materials and production support tools / materials
Analyze Demand Distribution received from Marketing and monitor MPS and MRP in order to know the forecast from marketing.
Controlling the availability of finished products in accordance with marketing targets with the aim of meeting marketing demands on time.
Monitor weekly and monthly production plans with the aim of production planning to run according to marketing and related parties' requests.
Planning the storage layout of the starting materials, packaging materials and finished products with the aim to match the warehouse capacity plan in the long term 5 to 10 years to come
Authorizing Purchase Requests, Budget Usage Requests, Work Orders with the aim that the request procedure can run according to applicable regulations.

Job Requirements :

Age 30 - 40 years old
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 5?Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in [Specialization] or equivalent.
At least 5 year of working experience as Supply Chain Asst Manager or 3 years experience as Supply Chain Dept. Head? in Pharmaceutical Company (Priority)
Placement : Plant Office, Bogor
