**Responsibilities**
- Reconcile invoices from third-party vendors, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established agreements.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) from external vendors, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain and monitor ending stock inventory across all warehouses, coordinating with the Inventory Master Warehouse team to optimize stock levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on supply chain metrics and performance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management policies and procedures.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supply chain or logistics administration role.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.
- Familiarity with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in the supply chain industry.
