**Location**:Bekasi, ID, ID**Job Function**:Supply Chain Management**Requisition Number**:148129**Description**:**Job Summary**Supervise the day-to-day operations of Supply Chain functions to support Business Unit growth, operational efficiencies and service standards**General Responsibilities**- Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources- Supervise execution of supply chain management activities to support client and customer solutions- Execute procurement guidelines on inventory holding against order fulfillment and report inconsistent practices- Review inventory policies and procedures to improve inventory planning and control- Evaluate supply chain deficiencies and suggest standards/practices to maximize performance- Coordinate supply chain strategic initiatives/programs to optimize supply chain performance- Prepare supply chain reports and analyses to facilitate management decision-making- Build effective business relationships with clients, customers, government agencies and service providers- Maintain productive working relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Finance, Product Management, etc.)**Functional Skills and Knowledge**- Demonstrate working understanding of supply chain management- Demonstrate basic knowledge in warehouse and transportation management systems (ideally SAP)- Demonstrate knowledge of sales forecasting, material requirements planning and purchase order processing- Demonstrate basic understanding of industrial engineering fundamentals and logistics solution design- Demonstrate basic experience in cost control and productivity improvement initiatives- Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in international/cross-cultural interactions- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken**Education**Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field**Why It's Great to Work at DKSH
