Job Description

Supervise and coordinates production processes activities to achieve company standards ( safety, quality, efficiency, daily schedule adherence, overhead control, scrap, process audits and employee development)
Daily monitoring of production processes and methods to ensure performance, product aesthetics and safety standards are achieved.
Regularly review performance of subordinates, recognizing achievements, identifying opportunities to improve and coaching on possible corrective action plan with the view to improve performance.
Supervise production labor distribution and process performance to ensure daily and weekly schedule adherence is achieved and customers requirements are met on a timely manner.
Supervise labor coats through the effective use of resources, thus achieving production processes efficiency targets and attaining labor rate predictions.
Implement, audit and maintain systems and procedures to ensure comply with GMP and Environment Health Safety standards.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor degree from any major
Minimum having 5 years working experience in a high volume, manufacturing environment with a large labor force such as garment, textile or toys industry.
Experience as Production Supervisor role
Strong leadership, analytical skills and ability to influence others
Team oriented with good interpersonal skills
Proactive, results oriented and a 'can do' attitude
Working on shift basis from Monday to Saturday.
