You'll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world.Your 'day to day'- Define and manage factory training strategies and activities in order to enhance Operations performance by developing competencies and technical expertise of employees in compliance with QMS requirements- Design and deploy Continuous Improvement (IWS/IL6S/OPEN+) Initiatives to ensure organization capability in achieving sustainable performanceWho we're looking for- Have Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering- Have at least 5 years experience in production area, training, quality within FMCG, pharmaceutical, or similar industry of with at least 3 years of experience in managerial/supervisory role- Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbalWhat we offerOur success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
