About the role
TheSupervisor Mechanicwill be responsible to lead the operation and maintenance HE, day to day both Plant TMRP and Kariangau while promoting and maintaining a healthy and safe environment for everyone at work. Reporting to the Senior Supervisor Mechanic and based on Balikpapan Support Facility on a 5/2 roster, you will work collaboratively towards delivering high quality solutions and results.
Some of your duties will include;
Lead the operation and maintenance HE, day to day both Plant TMRP and Kariangau yard operations, including production, logistics and maintenance while ensuring compliance with all labor, safety, environmental and corporate policies and regulations
Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times
Communicate openly and honestly at all times
Provide a customer focused approach throughout the TMRP Staff as necessary for the future development of the business, proactively promoting the TMRP
Manage all direct and indirect cost of TMRP and Kariangau yard
