Supervisor Desk Collection- Having experience as Desk Collection Supervisor or Assistant Manager at least for 2 years- Having experience leading large team at least 2 TLs and >30 Agents/Operators- Highly motivated, self-driven, able to work with minimum supervision, strong control attitude and making necessary decision within given authority- Good understanding in control, monitoring and coaching- Having good communication in English both written and verbal- Good leadership, be able to build and lead a team- Good understanding in reading Collection reports- Able to adapt quickly with the working environment- Able to work under pressure and with target- Good knowledge in CollectionBenefit- Jenjang Karir- Insentif (Bonus) target- BPJS Ketenagakerja & Kesehatan"Waspada terhadap Modus Penipuan pada saat proses interview.
