Provide support and guidance to major issues related to Quality, performance / run-ability, as well as continuous improvement (Kaizen), and develop shop-floor electrical capability (AM and PM Team).**Reports to: SMD Maintenance Manager****Geographic Scope: Local****WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**- Organize and share task lists related to projects- Make engine modifications and improvement- Execute and provide support for every initiative management (IM) / NPI activity to achieve the target.- Support fixing major issues related to Quality, performance / run-ability, and continuous improvement (Kaizen).- Support to develop standard best practice in every project- Support for developing training materials and simulators for every AM stage- Support development of SME Electrical through training and standards implementation- All internal/initiative management completed according to the timeline- Review and validated Kaizen for electrical scope- Leading project activities align with initiatives management (IM)- Giving guidance and develop EO Electrical capability**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**- Graduated Diploma's or bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum 2-4 years experienced in related field.- Having experience in tobacco industry is preferable- Understand the basic knowledge of IWS, especially on AM-PM Pillar- Master on Manual book for each technology- Understand SWP/DMS and IWS tools, especially those related to PM- Willing to work in team, demonstrated self-motivated, personal leadership- Technical Mastery minimum Level 4 for all machine process with different Type of Technology- Capable to lead project and Kaizen- Interpersonal collaboration skills & Effective communication skills- Basic problem-solving skills and familiarity with structured problem toolsAbility and commitment to drive change in the organization**WE ARE BAT**At BAT we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
