South Tangerang, BantenWork Type: Full Time**Key Responsibilities**:- Converting Paid Registration Presales Effort Leads and Marketing Leads to Enrolled Students- Make sure all the administrative neatly reported in written and/or verbal for all payment methods- Running interviews as well as administering entrance tests for applicants.- Monitoring the tuition payment status of all accepted students including following up on the payment to ensure everything is settled according to the rules and regulations.- Finalizing database of students entering Introduction Class and communicating with instructors regarding the preparation for the intake process. Briefing students on the first day of the Introduction Class regarding the next payment procedure. Also doing other administrative activities with other divisions (esp Operations team) when needed**Requirements**:- Diploma/Bachelor's degree preferably in Communication, Marketing, Economy, Psychology, Human Resources Management or other related disciplines- Minimum of 3-year experience in Telesales, Marketing/ Sales or Recruitment.- Excellence communication skills and can do consultative selling (negotiation, persuasion, and influencing)- Has basic interviewing skills- Has the good problem-solving skill and decision-making skills- Has a good administrative skill, reporting skills and detail-oriented- Has a higher emotional intelligence, and good skill in conflict resolution and mediation- Has the ability to adapt quickly and to understand all the product knowledge in a short amount of time- Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office- to be placed in BSD
