**AboutThe Role**

We're looking for a Sustainability and ImpactManager to be one of the pioneer members of the Strategy team to develop ourlong-term ESG strategy and work with various stakeholders to execute them.
Youwill partner with senior leaders across the organization to identify businessareas with impact opportunities and develop strategic initiatives to capturethem, while keeping track of progress in our ESG goals and communicating ourimpact story to key stakeholders and investors.
You will bring strong strategic and analyticalthinking combined with leadership skills to drive action while maintaining animpact lens throughout.
You will demonstrate intellectual curiosity, creativeproblem solving, and an impressive history of delivering ESG-oriented results.Most importantly, you will think critically and possess the outstandingcommunication skills needed to convey complex information, reach alignmentacross project teams, and keep projects on track.
You will work cross-functionally with allbusiness units including but not limited to Product, Operations, and Finance.
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interviews, FGDs, surveys, and other research in order toanalyze and clearly communicate the results of KoinWorks' ESG initiatives andsocial impact, both quantitatively and qualitatively, to investors and otherrelevant stakeholders
- Develop and publish quarterly ESG and impact assessment reports formultiple stakeholders including government regulators and investors
- Develop our long-term ESG andimpact strategy based on the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals,propose relevant critical initiatives and work with various stakeholders on thefirm to execute them
- Leverage data to conduct in-depthanalyses across areas of the business to develop an understanding of key ESGdrivers, quantifying the current impact of the firm while identifyingimprovement areas and opportunities, and shape action plans
- Define our impact strategy by being immersed in industry trends,conducting research on a wide variety of Impact topics, and listening to theneeds of teams across the company

- Bachelor's Degree, preferably infields related to sustainability and business
- 5 to 7 years or more of relevantworking experience in sustainability roles within a fintech company, relevantNGOs or non-profit organizations, ESG consulting, and/or impact investing
- Thorough understanding of the UNSustainable Development Goals and other relevant ESG principles with anexperience on translating them into effective impact strategies and initiatives
- Excellent communication andanalytical skills with the ability to distill complex thoughts and strategiesinto simple, actionable recommendations and compelling narratives
- The ability to deal effectivelywith ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment
- High-energy, team-first attitude:Motivated to work hard in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to help ourgrowing business
- Be data-driven, agile and scrappy,with the ability to think of the bigger picture as well as the minute details
