**EY global outline - brief story**
EY is one of the leading global organizations with more than 231,000 employees all over the world.
We develop outstanding leaders who team to deliver on our promises to all of our stakeholders.
There is no better time than now to join us in **_building a better working world_**.
**Strategy and Transactions - Editorial Consultant**
EY Strategy and Transactions (SaT) enables clients to navigate complexity by reimagining their eco-systems, reshape their portfolios and reinventing themselves for a better future.
With global connectivity and scale, we drive corporate strategy, capital allocation and transaction advisory through execution to enable fast-track value creation.
We support the flow of capital across borders and help bring new products and innovation to market.
In doing so, we enable our clients to build a better working world by fostering long-term value.
Creating values to our clients requires the production of an important number of business reports to clients as well as a vast number of proposals, information memorandum, and several other types of documents.
Besides the necessity to ensure quality writing in terms of English grammar, punctuation and clarity, the terminology and drafting framework of EY materials need to conform to the singularities and particularities of Merger & Acquisitions (M&A) and the mindset of a Strategy and Transactions consultant.
For this reason, EY is hiring an SaT editorial consultant who possesses an excellent command of the English language as well as familiarity with the M&A terminology, sensitivities and perspective.
The editor selected will perform assignments as the need arises and report to the Engagement Team that engages them for each particular editorial job.
