Job Descriptions:
You will engage in thought partnership with a high-level management team from all departments and co-founders.
You will engage in gathering and analyzing information and data, formulating and testing hypotheses, as well as developing recommendations up to the setting up tailor-made solutions for team members.
You will be responsible to develop, implement, and improve your tailor-made solutions in the best interest of sustainable company business performance.
You will do business feasibility studies, market analyses, and any relevant analyses for any possibilities of the company expansion strategy.
You will handle the company's project with third parties and making sure it's a successful journey.
You will be responsible for partnership acquisition, implementation, and success strategy.
You will initiate, orchestrate, and implement as well as improve the company's cross-division collaboration initiatives.
Building and improving the company's network with relevant stakeholders to accommodate the company's sustainable performance growth
Requirements:
You have obtained education in either one ofbusiness, management, international relations, finance, marketing, or any related field -MBA and masters from reputable universitiesis preferred.
At least2 yearsof working experience in abig consulting, or any related consulting works.
You have exceptional analytical, quantitative, and conceptual thinking.
An exceptional collaborative team player.
You have exceptional Ms. Excel and Powerpoint skills.
Excellent command of English both spoken and written.
A leader with a record of inspiring teams, build strong relationships, and create true followership.
Have excellent interpersonal skills.
Passionate and have a proven record of business negotiation and lobbying.
Passionate and have a strong willingness to learn new things.
Comfortable to work in a very high pace and high-pressure working environment.
Proven record in exceptional time management skills.
Comfortable to juggle different tasks at the same time.
