We are currently seeking visionary creative thinker with strong analytical skills, expert in Marketing Analytics and have good experience in give insights for the business to join our Marketing Strategic team as Strategic Planning Executive based in our Jakarta.
YOUR 'DAY TO DAY'
- Process & analyze and provide key input / recommendation to support ongoing strategy for Portfolio & Marketing Investments Channels based on various data source (Retail Aduit, Consumer Tracking, Sales Survey, Market Research and Budget)
- Generate actionable insight for better execution and optimum resource allocation.
- Develop and analyze current market condition to update Senior Management (President Director, Head of Operations, Head of Sales, Head of Marketing, Head of Planning and BD) in determining monthly pricing strategy for the whole portfolio
- Leading cycle projects: Focus Portfolio & Resource Allocation discussion by giving recommendation which brand & how much resources & channels to support in specific areas to provide analysis and recommendations to ensure alignment in the activities between each function to enhance the impact level of marketing investment.
- Actively analyze and develop effective and efficient way to enhance marketing business processes and ensure company's growth through i.e., but not limited to conducting semester discussion between brands and field team to ensure alignment in strategies between brands and zones
- Prepare all regular business update presentations to be reviewed and approved by direct supervisor

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- College/University, Degree in any major, preference in Business / Economy
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Field, Channel or Marketing Research
- Having experience in holding analytical role within e-commerce or telecommunication industry is preferred
- Passionate and high curiosity on data
- Adequate understanding of the marketing business process, understanding in Brand management and Marketing concept, knowledge of marketing research skill
- Good understanding on business process principle from planning, execution and evaluation
- Strong analytical thinking and able to distill big data, quickly identify trends, patterns, outliers and have various perspectives
- Able to business intelligent tools and statistical software will be an advantage
- Have a good interpersonal communication skill
- Excellent in English, both written and verbal.
