Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.

As part of this effort, you will work closely with Engineering teams around the world to build great products and features.

As a Strategic Partnership Development Manager within Google’s Next Billion Users (NBU) Partnerships team, you will be a leader driving growth in Indonesia. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal teams on new initiatives and key strategic relationships, executing our strategy and identifying industry trends and key influences in order to remain competitive. Additionally, you will contribute excellent attention to detail and analytical, communication, relationship building, and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the commerce/payments/retail distribution landscape. You will also be responsible for leading and negotiating NBU-related distribution and growth projects for Google services. In this role, you will contribute experience working with executives and partner-facing teams to initiate, support and grow partners' accounts.

Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The team partners with Publishers and App Developers of all sizes to promote their ad inventory, working with Google's broad range of partner solutions including AdSense, AdMob and Google Ad Manager, across mobile, display, and video formats, helping our partners and their audiences get the most out of the web. In addition, the Partnerships team supports Google’s own product teams with essential partnerships to help power Google’s user experiences in search, maps, travel, shopping, payments and more.

Minimum qualifications:

- 5 years of practical experience.
- Experience in government/public sector undertaking, telecommunications/ISP, and WiFi/Apps ecosystem.
- Experience as a strategic thought-leader within business development, partnerships, product management, general management, or sales at a global technology company.

Preferred qualifications:

- MBA, Master's degree, JD, or PhD.
- Experience as a strategic thought-leader at Google or another global technology company in business development, partnerships, product management, general management, or sales.
- Experience in Operations, technology, emerging/early stage products, and working at a global organization.
- Ability to represent Google in, and negotiating, complex agreement discussions and structure terms to achieve alignment.

- Ability to interpret legal documents and work with attorneys on specific contract language.
- Excellent business judgment, problem-solving, analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in English and the local language.

- Lead strategy of partnerships to fuel user growth and product introduction, identifying new opportunities, providing product feedback, and building business models to help accelerate product growth.
- Build and grow C level relationships with existing partners, third-parties and potential partners. Engage and nurture complex strategic partnerships and shape the ecosystem.
- Represent Google in complex agreement discussions and structure terms to achieve alignment and execute fast.
- Create clear, simple, and persuasive internal and external communications to influence executives. Frame complex, ambiguous, and sensitive business issues for executive decision making.
- Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Legal, Policy, Operations, Finance, Marketing, PR) in driving NBU and partnership objectives.
