Storekeeper & Receiving Agent (Based In Bali)

Store Keeper & Receiving Agent (Based in Bali) On Behalf of Raffles Bali, this position will be the administer operations of the Hotel Stores, ensure stock movement is accurately accounted for.Stocks must be sufficient and within consumable period. Replenish and maintain optimum stock levels.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Cost Control, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

- Ensure Store receiving procedures are in accordance to established policies & procedures

- Maintain an accurate record of all Store items and a proper filing system.

- Ensure proper issuance of stocks on a first-in first-out basis

- Replenish store items on a timely basis and ensure that there is always sufficient stock on hand

- Assist the Cost Controller in the monthly food & beverage inventory for Store

- To assist in identifying and managing slow moving stock

- To assist in reporting the level of all store items, in maintaining a suitable par and to review the par level from time to time

- Accepting delivery of goods on behalf of the hotel.This involves ensuring that all shipments are verifiedagainstpurchase order specifications and standards
- Responsible for handling shipping tasks and proceduresas required
- Receive goods and verify these goods against thepurchase orders by taking into account the quantity and quality of thereceived products. Also, the receiving, must note any short shipments orduplications

Qualifications:

- Oral and written fluency in English
- 1-2 years accounting or operations experience
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in related field preferred
- Certified from HACCP Hygiene, and sanitation
- 1 year experience in storekeeping
- Knowledge of beverages (wine & alcohol)
- Neat appearance and physically fit
