Job Description:

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store
2.
To provide supervision assistance where and when necessary in the store

Responsible for store target achievement

Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
1.
At least 2 years of work experience as a Store Manager in the retail sector
2.
Strong in leadership, team management, customer service and relationship management, Microsoft skills, and excellent communication skills
3.
Has strong technical knowledge of the organization's products, services, and sales techniques
4.
Able to perform a variety of tasks and direct the work of others
5.
Preferably Female and willing to be placed at Surabaya
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Surabaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Store Manager: 2 years (preferred)
