Minimum 2 years experience as a store manager / operational manager in the restaurant or coffee industry
- Minimum SMA / SMK, S1 preferable
- Passionate about specialty coffee
- Able to work as a team and under pressure
- Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Good attitude, confident personality, good looking, and humble in character
