Steward Supervisor

As Chief Supervisor, you are responsible for thesmooth operation of the Stewarding department. You supervise and trainthe stewarding team members and ensure that the equipment and operations arewell maintained and that preventative maintenance work is carried out. You implement the hotel sanitation checklist as defined in the food and beveragedepartment plan.
