**Responsibilities**:
- Creating the sales planning and strategy
- Organizing the sales team
- Motivating, directing, and encouraging the field sales members
- Monitoring, and evaluating the sales performance
- Maintaining the customer satisfaction
**Requirements**:
- Having bachelor degree
- Experienced on managing steel and pipe / manufacturing steel / automotive pipe steel / pipe and steel distributors sales at least for 5 years
- Able to build and maintain good relationships with the customer
- Having experiences on managing field sales members
- Having good proficiency in english
