Doing all activities related to import process
Follow up all activities of import
Communicate & follow up with customers & agents related to import
Arrange with process shipping line/customs import requirements
Understand the customs documents
Responsible for import documentation
Controlling an monitoring whole import process
Handling administration in import process and document control
Understand import HS CODE, import regulation & import tax calculation
Providing import quatation to customer
Able to monitor in the field (port) if any problem occur

Requirements:

?

Age maximum 35 years old
Diploma or university graduate
Minimum 4 years experiences in the same position
Understand of import procedures
Able to work in-tight schedule, under pressure, fast learner as well
Good communication in English (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
Great interpersonal, communication, analysis, problem solving, negotiation and leadership skills
Familiar with excel, word, power point and internet
