Deskripsi Lowongan

Rumah Warna membutuhkan kandidat untuk mengisi posisi lowker sebagai:

1. Staff HRD

Responsibilities :
• Mampu membantu kegiatan reqruitment
• Mampu mengelola dan mengembangkan SDM
• Bertanggungjawab mengelola administrasi kepegawaian yang meliputi:
a. Employee database
b. Manajemen absensi finger
c. Rekapitulasi absensi
d. Payroll employment
c. Asuransi kepegawaian
f. Surat menyurat
• Mampu membantu penilaian dan evaluasi kerja

Recruitmens :
– Muslim/muslimah usia max. 30th
– Pendidikan D3/S1 segala jurusan
– Komunikatif & good attitude
– Berpengalaman dibidang yang sama min. 1th (diutamakan)
– Paham administrasi kepegawaian

2. Desain Grafis

Reqruitmens:
– Pria/wanita usia 20-27 tahun
– Menguasai Adboe (Ps,Ai) dan Corel Draw
– Menguasai Fotografi dan mampu mengoperasikan kamera digital
– Kreatif, penuh percaya diri dan pekerja keras
