Human Resources Generalist | Asset Management
Responsibilities:
Examine the prospective borrower's documentation to ensure its accuracy and completeness.
Verify that the potential borrower pays the loan in accordance with the terms.
Use tracking results uploaded to the system and PEFINDO data to analyze the risk assessment of potential borrowers.
Provide notes or reports to aid in the preliminary evaluation of potential borrowers.
Decide whether the loan is worthwhile to approve or reject.
Ensure all procedures are successful and comply with relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
At least 1 year of working experience in the field / as a Credit Analyst.
Ability to analyze and verify data.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in P2P Lending industries is preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Placement in Jakarta Selatan.
