Collaborating with product managers and engineers to create solutions considering user needs and technical challengesIteratively improving user interfaces based on data and user testsUtilize quantitative and qualitative research to generate meaningful insights that will drive creative conceptsBachelor degree or equivalent experience, minimum 3-4 years of experience as a UI/UX Researcher and leading a team is a plus.Understand areas of user experience design (information architecture, interaction design, visual design, market research, prototype engineering, content, user experience)Strong attention to detailAble to communicate ideas through sketches and wireframesMotivated, dynamic, creative and results-orientedA high degree of empathy and problem-solving abilityStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environmentA portfolio which able to elaborate thinking process related to research, design, and problem-solving skills
