Description
· The role is focused on sourcing and procurement activities to Fluid Technologies & Asset Protection (FTAP), capital goods division. The job includes, but is not limited to:
- · To identify, assess and develop suitable suppliers for FTAP Capital Goods business. Onboarding Supplier to Pall AVL.
- · Develop a local supply base and the appropriate relationship with the suppliers that supports the overall goals of the business.
- · To achieve the best terms and conditions of Purchase of all 3rdparty supplied product and services.
- · To manage the order execution supplier negotiation, supplier selection, supplier management and performance review, placing purchase order and managing OTD. To report on these and related subjects to the Sourcing management, and regional management.
- · To ensure that all purchasing related activities are carried out in accordance with PALL purchasing policies and procedures.
- · Undertake and or contribute to ongoing Sourcing initiatives to improve the competitive position of Pall in its chosen markets.
- · To support the Ops Team for OTP and on budget execution of projects
- · Maintain business relationship with the suppliers that supports the overall goals of the business
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering
- 6-10 years’ Experience in Mechanical Project Industry in Procurement function
- Experience of working related to Pressure Vessels (Or Heat Exchangers)
- Preferable to have knowledge of Supplier base in SEA.
- Ability to work with local and International teams·
