Sr. Relationship (Account) Manager

This role reports directly to the VP/AVP of the Commercial Revenue Group.
It is responsible for achieving sales objectives profitably with the assigned sales team and for managing the team's sales productivity to maximize company results.
Duties Organize Sales Activities: Assign tasks based on sales needs, identify new leads, and follow up on inquiries from potential clients.
Track Sales Activities: Ensure resources are available to meet sales processes and SLAs.
Manage Team: Assist new members with onboarding, provide support to team members, and contribute to performance evaluations.
Client Relations: Visit clients to build relationships and provide ongoing support to existing clients.
Ad-hoc Projects: Handle assignments or projects as directed by management.
Achieve Sales Quotas: Meet team sales targets and provide regular sales reports (weekly and monthly).
Implement Customer Initiatives: Ensure all customer-related initiatives are executed among team members.
Customer Acquisition: Meet service level agreements in processes like quotations, proposals, and lead follow-up, and manage effective bidding for customer acquisition.
Qualifications At least 4-5 years of relevant experience, preferably as an account executive or relationship officer in the services industry or consulting firms.
Educational background in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Management, or related fields.
Knowledge of Talent Assessment and People Development is advantageous.
Experience in an MNC is preferred.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
