Develop curriculum to test the quality of construction workers (all-types)
- Test, check, train, and improve the skill and quality of construction workers
- Regularly improve the curriculum based on the feedback and field situation
- Create KPIs to objectively assess construction workers
- Keep update with the construction quality management and regulation
- Oversee ongoing project as well as ensure all partners done the job in appropiate quality
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years of working experience in construction industry
- BS degree in Civil Engineer or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience working on the site project
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence people at the right level
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
