**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**1) Ensure all equipment running without any major breakdown.- To prepare yearly preventive maintenance program as per Abbott Quality System AQ06.A, AQ0702.A for manufacturing equipment, utility, building and reduce un-scheduled breakdown happened.- To prepare and review yearly calibration program as per AQ0701.A- To review yearly EHS program and make sure comply with management program M01 up to M08 and EHS standards starting T01 to T30- To review yearly pest control program.- To find out external workshop and maintain cooperation with them to help us making any urgent part with highest priority.2) Correct maintain the engineering documentation including tracking of database.- To make sure all preventive maintenance and calibration document kept in proper place to make easy during tracking if needed.- To help and preparing of equipment and building qualification as per AQ0601.A and AQ0602A3) Ensure of Abbott EHS program compliance.- Ensure that engineering programs compliance with all relevant Environment Health and Safety Legislative Requirements, policies and procedures starting with 8 management requirement policies and 30 technical standard requirement.4) Maintain team evaluation.- Regularly evaluate self and team on goal attainment, process to achieve goals and competitive benchmarks.- Effectively implement and follow up on performance excellence.5) Maintain and control engineering budget.- Ensure to control both expense and capital budget spending and communicate with local and regional finance controller.6) Facilitating an effective training and communication program.- Select, train and develop the staff to their fullest capability an ensure succession planning is current and identify opportunities for staff development.- Proactively seek feedback and demonstrate a willingness to learn and change.7) Drive teamwork- Able to drive and brainstorming with team to have new idea for improvement activity.8) Approve product designs and product changes- Able to review manufacturing facility design and product changes to maintain and meet with both engineering design and quality point of view. Active to become validation review board to review user requirement specification, design qualification, installation qualification, operational qualification and also performance qualification.9) Project managementAble to maintain project management i.e- Preparation of user requirement specification- Preparation of design qualification- Review and preparation of bill of quantity project or develop cost estimate- Review of team and time- Review of installation qualification- Review of operational qualification- Review of performance qualification- Write and review other report10) Security management- Maintain all facility security as per Abbott policy GCM01 for the management requirement and techical operation as per GS 01 to GS 13 A**COMPETENCIES**- S-1 Mechanical/Electrical Engineer, majoring in thermodynamic or heat transfer.- 10 years experience- Have been trained in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP-WHO), occupational safety for managers- Proficient knowledge of KPIs, project management practices, finance, budgeting and Autocad software- PMI certification preferred- Training & Coaching- Practical knowledge and experienced with Lean Six Sigma and similar tools (Regression, DOE, FMEA, MSA, SPC,..),**Certification if applicable**- International Lead, auditor for ISO 9000 (preferred)- International Lead, auditor for ISO 14.000 (preferred)- International Lead, auditor for ISO 18.000 (preferred)- Leadership training from preferred organizer.- Computer in AutoCAD, CMMS, LAN administrator- AK3 certified by government
