Job Description: Client Servicing Manager
The Role:We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Client Servicing professional (ideally with digital agency background) to own and drive company’s Client’s relations and growth. Our ideal candidate is passionate about Digital Media, Social Media is results-oriented and proactive.
Responsibilities:
• Build strong, positive and productive relationships with clients for business growth.
• Maintain active dialogue with clients through weekly meetings.
• Understanding client brief and debriefing the same to different team
• Schedule regular meetings, discussions, teleconferences and visit client offices to strengthen the relationships.
• Understand client needs and customise existing business programs to meet their needs.
• Provide client support and handle client communications effectively.
• Manage and close client businesses to achieve profitability.
• Maintain existing clients and generate new clients to achieve revenue goals.
• Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Inform and pitch clients about company products, services and promotions.
• Discuss business contracts and cost with clients.
• Ensure that client requests are handled timely and accurately.
• Develop new strategies to improve client satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about company products and services.
• Communicate client feedback and product requests to internal teams.
• Partner with Sales team to up-sell premium services and achieve 100% renewal rate.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to deliver results and execute business initiatives.
• Responsible for all aspects of client management and success; ensuring client adoption, engagement, usage and growth
What is expected out of you
• Deep understanding of Digital Advertising, Influencer & Content Marketing ecosystem
• Experience of working with a relevant network of clients e.g. performance advertisers, influencer marketing teams, agencies, digital marketing heads etc.
• Stakeholder management and ability to work with multiple cross-functional stakeholders across all verticals.
• Being updated on the latest industry trends with respect to the Influencer Technology, Marketing Technology & Content ecosystem
Ideal Candidate:
• Has worked in a Boutique or Corporate Digital Agency
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience handling clients and driving conversations through the development of long-term strategic relationships
• Exposure to marketing technology/automation or online media sales at a top publisher platform or top- ranked domain consulting with brand/performance marketers
