Who We Are Looking For A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is essential; a Master's Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or related fields is highly preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in process mining and process improvement.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or similar role focusing on process analysis and mining.
Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio, including process discovery, analysis, and optimization.
Experience analyzing and optimizing processes within organizations (e.g., Finance, P&C, Operations).
Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
Deep understanding of process mining concepts and methodologies, with practical experience using platforms such as Signavio or Celonis.
Strong knowledge of FMCG business processes.
Familiarity with KPIs and metrics relevant to business processes.
Extensive knowledge of Signavio solutions.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
Ability to handle large datasets and perform complex data manipulations.
Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for advanced analytics is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify patterns and inefficiencies.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and presenting insights.
