Associate Corporate Finance Manager

Work Description
- This person will report to CEO of the company.
- He/she will be responsible for corporate action and corporate finance activities of the companies, including but not limited to fundraising, restructuring, and other capital market activities.
- The talent will formulate the corporate strategy options and selection, aligning with group business strategy and risk management frameworks.
- This role works with BOD and BOC to formulate, implement, and evaluate corporate finance strategy.
- He/she will deal directly with institutional investors, banking institutions, the capital market environment, and related regulators.
**Requirements**:

- Having at least 7 years of corporate finance experience, including but not limited to fundraising, and capital market activities.
- Working as an investment banker or corporate finance advisor is a top priority.
**Salary**: From Rp40,000,000 per month
