**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee overall Thinning and Sawing line equipment sustaining.
- Ensure All Equipment is meeting the shift KPI such as Scheduled down and unscheduled downtime
- Ensure compliance for SOP, spare part, Quality, 6s and EHS.
- Provide timely reporting on shift performance.
- Support supervisors with regards to accomplishing tasks while referring uncommon personnel or technical issues to the supervisor.
- Offer suggestions for performance evaluation oversee the duties of technicians.
- Carry out diverse skilled activities involving the repair and line sustaining of equipment designate and monitor the work of personnel to achieve the completion of diverse tasks in relation to line sustaining.
- Ensure equipment and tools in a clean, secure, and appropriate working condition.
