Spv Purchasing

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field

Active and good communication in English

Preferably with minimum 1 year of experience as Purchasing Supervisor

Understand how to manage client and vendor

Applicants without relevant work authorization will be auto-rejected

Responsibilities:

Manage client's office and building

Vendor Management

Collecting purchase orders and purchase requisitions for ordering materials, goods and supplies

Review inventories and order according to requirements

Review and track deliveries according to company’s orders

Deal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods

Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment.

Produce and maintain all reports of company’s orders
