About the role
The Specialist Technology and System will be responsible in providing support in managing Fleet Management on shift base, being part with dispatcher to make sure the objectives given effective follow to support mining operation. Reporting to the Superintendent Mining Technology and based on Balikpapan Support Facility on a 5/2 roster, you will work collaboratively towards delivering high quality solutions and results.Some of your duties will include; Providing support in managing Fleet Management on shift base, being part with dispatcher to make sure the objectives given effective follow to support mining operation Managing a good relationship with Mining Operation in providing Mining Information for Operational Decision during shift Monitor progress of tasks to meet business priorities Accurate and timely entry of data Produce monthly and AdHoc reporting for internal and external stakeholders Facilitate processes and reconciliations within the mining technology Promote adherence to FMS process’s by project personnel Identify areas where site personnel may require further training Identify areas where team members may require further training Provide preliminary systems support and informal training to project personnel Troubleshoot system issues and escalate as required Providing performance of accuracy of measurements, calculations, and data integrity level in any aspects especially of Dispatcher mining systems Undertake daily management of mine production information and reporting systems Maintain and update Fleet Management System based on mining progress Dispatch, monitor and supervise production activities an effective Fleet Management System and coordination with project operation to achieve and improve production and productivity target Responsible for effective deployment of mining resources to safely and effectively execute mine plans within set production and safety targets, understanding the daily, weekly and monthly production targets Identify opportunities in deliver the cost-effective technology to support business growth Providing the support for implementation of Mining Technology Cycle across Indonesia About youWhat skills and experience do you need?
