Responsibilities: Manage projects in various areas by planning, implementing, establishing KPIs, and following up. Ensure that all the important tasks are assigned with clarity. A proper chain of work is being followed to avoid confusion during the various stages of project development and marketing. Collaborate with senior management to align projects with the organization's strategic objectives, identifying key deliverables and milestones. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including departments like marketing, operations, IT, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with various stakeholders. Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders, addressing issues and making adjustments as needed. Develop a comprehensive project plan, outlining tasks, timelines, and milestones. Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders. Generate regular status reports for head of project manager, highlighting achievements, challenges, and upcoming milestones. Requirements: Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in finance, business management, or relevant major. Master's degree will be an advantage. At least 3-4 years of cumulative working experience in corporate strategy, revenue management, and project management. Fast learner on understanding the whole business process Problem-solving skills, e.g., strategic thinking, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, and mindset Communication skills, including verbal communication, report writing, and presentation skills Interpersonal skills, including leadership, teamwork, and adaptability High attention to detail and accuracy Only shortlisted candidate will be contacted.
