We are in search of young talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Spa Receptionist (Japanese Speaking) to work with our Spa team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.
Responsibilities
Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability
Inform clients about new services and discounts
Cross-sell services and products when appropriate
Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered
Maintain a tidy reception area
Requirements
Indonesian citizen
Fluent in Japanese
Minimum of 1-year experience in the same position in a large luxury resort or five-star Spa environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Diploma in Hospitality or other relevant fields. Bachelor's Degree is desirable.
