**Job Description Summary**: GE's internships offer a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience through challengingprojects, learn from some of the brightest and most innovative minds in the business and networkwith a variety of talented professionals.**Essential Responsibilities**:Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):- Engaged in a process improvement project for sourcing, with a special focus on fulfillment, cost reduction, cash flow, and supplier relationships for a repair shop in Bandung, Indonesia- Collaborating with other functions, such as operations, quality, and finance.- Establishing standard material planning for indirect materials, with a focus on MRO items.- Initiating cost-saving ideas to achieve year-over-year savings.- Drive Project to improve material lead time and ensure material availability- Drive sourcing process improvement to improve productivity- Able to do problem solving, leading team, structured and organized project planning and execution.**Internship Benefits**:- Opportunity to learn and execute lean six sigma- Opportunity to learn the business from end to end- Exposure to power generation workshop machinery and operating technology- Supporting Vendor qualification Project- Exposure to Power generation repair workshop machinery & operating technologies.**Qualifications/Requirements**:- Currently pursuing/Completed a Degree in any Major, Preferred engineering from top university.- Being inclusive and having the imagination and courage to make changes - Possess good communication skills- Able to work under pressure and dealing with dat- Experience in exchange student program or study abroad program (preferable)- Able to work together as team- Willing to be based in Bandung, full WFO"We are passionate about creating an inclusive work environment.
