Solution Architect (Yogyakarta)

Responsibilities: - Explain and offer complex products/solutions to potential customers.
- Support sales activities by providing hybrid and multi-service alternatives.
- Prepare technical aspects to support the sales team's tender activities.
- Evaluate sales proposal content and ensure data completeness.
- Prepare technical aspects for the tender process.
- Conduct solution socialization and provide technical explanations to the internal operations team.
- Develop and prepare technical aspects based on customer requests and coordinate with the internal operations team/vendor to deliver the best solution to customers.
- Support the sales team in technical presentations to customers.
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline by ensuring that the proposed solutions align with customer needs - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and vendors, to enhance solution effectiveness and sales success - Maintain professionalism in the workplace by demonstrating discipline, effective communication, and strong technical expertise in interactions with customers and internal teams Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced knowledge of leading architecture solutions in the IT industry.
- Passionate about enhancing knowledge in Cloud, Data Center, Networking, Security, GPU & AI - Capable of understanding programming languages.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Focused on achieving a high-quality pipeline through precise customer needs analysis.
- Ability to work within a team and adopt a collaborative approach to achieve business objectives.
- Demonstrate professionalism in all aspects of work, including work ethics, communication, and technical skills.
