**What you'll be doing**:

- To author Test Cases, manage their documentation, and execute manual testing based on the Test Cases, including security scenarios.
- To work closely with the Product Management during the authoring of the Test Cases.
- To monitor quality status (active bugs) of product features under development and Operational Requirements of systems already in the Production Environment.
- Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating quality testing activities
- Detect and root out bugs and malfunctions before customers find them.
- Make sure that the product satisfies the user requirements and works as desired.
- Understand business and product requirements as related to product catalog and the existing service architecture; gain a deeper understanding of the domain

**Who we are looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar field with **minimum 3 - 7 years experience in QA environment**
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, testing tools such as Jira, TestRail, Xray, Proxie, and processes
- Experience in working with Web, API, and mobile testing in both manual and automation (optional)Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
