Job Description As a Software Engineer on the Customer Care team, you will play a pivotal role in building reliable, cross-platform web applications with great user experience and usability for both Traveloka customers & internal users, to ensure our customers have an effortless and satisfying experience before and after purchasing products in Traveloka.
You will experience how to build various communication channels, from text to voice, with the latest developments in AI technology such as chatbots and generative AI.
You will also be responsible for the refunds process after purchase.
We anticipate your active engagement in staying abreast of and proactively incorporating new and pertinent technologies.
You will work in cross-functional teams and meet great people regularly.
Besides working with fellow engineers, you will collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Data Analysts, Customer Operations, and other stakeholders.
Building an application involves the complete cycle of product development: ideation, design, implementation, and support.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputable university Minimum 3 years of experience in software engineering, application development, or systems development Detailed knowledge of JavaScript frameworks: React Native, ReactJS, and NextJS Solid understanding of modern web components Strong passion for software engineering, application development, or systems development Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Additional Information Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Engineering and Information Technology Industry: Software Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
