Work with relevant stakeholders to understand the data set required and its intended purpose
Identification of invalid data, data cleansing and correction of errors
Closely work with the Technology and Business teams to find and drive solutions
Explore, compare and propose best available tools for business needs
Running and maintaining data workflows and reports
Work with vendors in the delivery of integrations e.g.
integration between Kalibrr & Vendor platforms
Establish and manage tools (Zoho, Totango, Zendesk, etc) blueprint (workflow) and automation to reflect current process for all business types: Subscription, Kalibrr Remote, and Headhunting
Ensures that the designed workflows and automations are consistent with the current process and is effective for all business teams
Provides input to strategic decisions that affect internal process and tools workflow
Troubleshoot bug reports/broken codes - capable of resolving escalated issues on workflows and automation within strict deadlines
Provides regular proposed initiatives to maximise use of tools that makes business operations smoother, better, and more efficient
Ensure that all our business tools are working and talking to each other.
Produce relevant reports that will help the business operations team work better
Basic understanding of python - Should be able to write simple scripts and modify existing ones
Basic understanding of RDBMS like MySQL or PostgreSQL
Can perform database queries to answer business requirements with guidance from the Kalibrr Engineering team
Can convert database query results into readable CSV/excel files with guidance from the Kalibrr Engineering team
Understanding of reporting & data visualization in tools such as XLS, Power BI, Google Analytics, or any data visualization tool
Understanding of ETL.
Should be aware of concepts.
Hands-on experience in any related project will be a plus
Knowledge of integration tools, including Mulesoft, Zapier and MoveData, etc will be a plus
Have a minimum of 2 years experience in relevant works is preferred.
