- Create & manage social media content, both for internal and partnership
- Handle social media buzzer/ influencer
- Develop the paid media strategy for lead generation to achieve revenue and pipeline goals
- Launch and optimize performance marketing campaigns across different platforms and channels (Paid Search, Display, Paid social)
- Monitor and maintain Cost per Download and Cost per Order
- Generate periodical report for paid marketing performance on weekly basis
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments (Product team, Business analytics, tech team, etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
