Site Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- The Process Pipeline Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the installation of mechanical and electrical systems, with a focus on HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), water, and sanitation in the lithium battery industry.
The individual will manage field construction activities, ensure compliance with project specifications, and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
**Requirements**:

- _Education_: Bachelor's degree or higher in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) or a related field.
- **Minimum 8 years** of work experience in the installation of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Preferred experience in international installations and specifically in the installation of mechanical and electrical systems within the lithium battery industry.
- Proficiency in **HVAC systems,** with a strong understanding of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning.
- Expertise in water and sanitation systems.
- Over 3 years of field construction management experience.
- Mastery of HVAC/pipe construction processes and significant project management experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
- Ability to create and calculate project change drawings and final project drawings.
- In-depth understanding of construction technology, equipment, and materials related to mechanical and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with project operational processes, national and regional laws and regulations, and engineering acceptance standards.
- Strong learning abilities.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Physical fitness and enthusiasm for on-site work.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
**Salary**: From Rp40,000,000 per month

**Experience**:

- Installation of mechanical and electrical systems: 8 years (required)
- Field Construction Management: 3 years (preferred)
- HVAC systems (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning): 5 years (preferred)
