Responsibilities Lead and manage operations at the Tangerang site and tolling activities across Indonesia.
Ensure compliance with ESHA guidelines, deliver quality products to meet business needs, and continuously improve site operations and sustainability.
Act as Indonesia's country representative, overseeing local operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, developing market strategies, managing key customer relationships, and aligning with global corporate objectives.
Legal Responsibilities: Ensure all Environment, Safety, Health (ESHA) and compliance matters adhere to corporate policies and local legislation.
Operations Management: Oversee planning, scheduling, and demand fulfillment.
Promote safety, quality, operational excellence, efficiency, cost management, and process optimization.
Maintenance & Engineering: Ensure asset reliability through proper maintenance and lead CAPEX projects aligned with BU strategy.
People Management: Provide leadership, define KPIs, manage performance, foster talent development, and enhance company culture and employee engagement.
Toll Management: Ensure compliance with guidelines and quality standards, facilitate know-how transfer and IP management, and drive continuous improvement in toller performance.
