About the Role: M-Global Logistics is seeking a seasoned Site Manager to join our team in West Nusa Tenggara.
The ideal candidate will be the main point of contact for our key customer, responsible for maintaining a strong and trusted relationship while ensuring smooth and efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage logistics project execution, ensuring alignment with timeline, budget (people & materials), and quality standards.
Supervise, monitor, and evaluate each project stage, and proactively address any deviations or issues.
Oversee system testing and ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and gain formal approval.
Manage all related operational and administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Qualifications: Minimum 4–5 years of experience in the shipping or forwarding industry.
In-depth understanding of Supply Chain Management, with a focus on Sea Freight, Air Freight (Export & Import), and Customs Clearance.
Solid knowledge of regulatory compliance in logistics and transportation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations.
