About the Site Manager (Civil) Role:
Reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible for the review of civil engineering designs and leading the civil work bidding process. Afterwards, the position will be transitioned to the Site Manager to provide civil support on the construction project on site.

Key Responsibilities:
Review engineering design, calculation, and data sheets from engineering consultants
Be involved in site review and contractor bidding
Oversee and provide civil support on site during the construction of access road and well pad
Ensure the construction is completed as per approved timeline and budget and also in compliance with health, safety, environment, and community development requirements
Oversee and supervise project directions, ensuring that project specifications and requirements are met
Liaise with all stakeholders including government authorities

To succeed in this Site Manager (Civil) role, you must have the ability to lead effectively and a keen understanding of project management.

Key Requirements:
Must possess a bachelor's degree in civil engineering
Minimum of 20 years of work experience in geothermal or oil&gas industry with 10 years as a site manager
Proficiency in English
Hands-on experience managing road access and well pad constructions
