We are currently looking for an experienced Site Delivery Analyst/Lead who is accountable for running multiple Technical/Infrastructure IT project(s)/deliveries from conception to implementation, with a focus on delivering within cost, time, scope, and quality drivers.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the IT tasks involved in the preparation and implementation of new infrastructure and other pre-requisite phases. Project Management of scope, plans, risks, issues, dependencies and benefits in line with Business Process sub-streams. Support the Core Tech delivery team in ensuring that multiple disentanglement deliveries at sites are managed within the agreed deployment budgets and timeframes. Monitor and assure delivery performance. Ensure that the project resources from GSK and Vendor are capable to deliver on time. Manage stakeholders across Tech and related business functions at Supply Chain and Commercial organizations. Act as a point of escalation for the Sub-workstreams Leads to resolve Cross-workstream prioritization and plan alignment issues Act as bridge and be accountable for timely communications on programme/project and service delivery and improvements in the user experience, through a mixture of face to face and virtual interactions, plus via social media tools.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with :
Minimum education background as Bachelor Degree. Current Practitioner Certification from PRINCE2, or PMP Certification from PMI, or recognized PM methodology would be advantage At least 5 years experience in in major global Tech organisation. Willing to fill the role for 15 to 18 months on fixed terms Excellent relationship management, strong influencing and communication skills Prior experience of global/regional/local Tech programme rollout Possess content knowledge of Tech related processes (e.g. Commercial, Corporate, manufacturing/supply chain) Demonstrable knowledge of project methodologies and frameworks such as PMBOK and Prince 2 Experience to manage Tech delivery on a highly regulated environment Solid understanding of key Project Management delivery processes, Financial Management, and Technical tools/skills.
