We are looking for a Site Account Manager for Toka and Sulawesi, responsible for developing and managing sales activities within a specified geography, product line, or market segment to achieve sales targets.
WHAT YOU'LL DO: Deliver profitable business growth from the allocated site.
Create relationships with key personnel at the site and share these with the organization, connecting key interfaces.
Focus on aftermarket business, identify investment/capex opportunities, and convey customer requirements for capex sales.
Plan and have full visibility of activities of any Metso function at the site.
Coordinate resources and channels for customer-facing activities.
Understand customer business and articulate Metso's added value.
Drive site sales activities with the cross-organizational site account team, understanding customer capex and opex decisions and buying timetable.
Lead account planning and implementation, including strategy, relationship management, site budgeting, activity planning, and sales roadmap.
Maintain and share information on installed base, performance, shutdown schedules, and plans.
Manage customer satisfaction surveys and continuous improvement activities.
Support accounts receivable and payment collections.
Be an active member of the MA Key Account/Global Key Account team.
WHO YOU ARE: University degree or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
Proficient in analyzing and interpreting business publications, journals, technical documents, and regulations.
Skilled in writing reports, business correspondence, and manuals.
Capable of delivering presentations and addressing inquiries effectively.
Adept at issue identification, data gathering, and logical reasoning.
