**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting the shopper marketing & sales team with administrative tasks in relation to advertising and promotional spend, sample ordering, product packing, and logistics management
- Compiling and distributing correspondence memos, letters, and forms, POP, GWP, etc
- Assisting Marketing Team in any promotional activities
- Collect and organize invoice from supplier and coordinate with Account payable department to complete the payment process

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor degree holder any field
- Minimum 1 year experience in administration, Sales Admin in retail industry would be a plus.. Fresh graduate are welcome
- Good in Microsoft Office specially Excel is a must.
- Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package and filing documents.
**Technical competency required**:
MS Office 2010 or above
